One thing that I would add to my own personal code of ethics is respecting the position of tutor and the opportunity granted to me. Being a tutor is a great responsibility, and as such, the position of tutor should be respected by all those who hold that position. I believe that when you are granted an opportunity, it should not be taken lightly. It should be honored in the highest manner.
I agree completely. Being a tutor is a wonderful opportunity and privilege.
ReplyDeleteYes, we should APPRECIATE all that we are offered here. We appreciate our educations, those that have helped us, and even the opportunity to help others. Keeping a positive mindset and showing that through your work ethic and dedication will also be obvious to our tutees and those that come work in the lab. Thanks for being a positive light!
