Diagraming is very important in Math to help student understand many different types of problems. An example that happened this week is there was a student who was having trouble understanding word problems and their concepts. I was able to work with the student to help them understand key words and how to put the information on paper so that this student could see the information in a different way. This allowed for the student to recognize and spell out on his/her own, exactly what the problem gave them and what they were being asked to do.
